Women in Leadership Breakfast

Join the Women in Leadership Committee for an empowering morning of conversation, connection, and inspiration. Over breakfast, we will hear from a panel of A/E/C industry leaders who have built their careers by knowing their worth, advocating for themselves and others, and pushing for more inclusive, equitable workplaces.  
 
Our panelists bring a range of perspectives – from field operations, to engineering, to design, and leadership – sharing honest stories about challenges they have faced, wins they have celebrated, and lessons learned along the way. Together, we will dig into what it really takes to build confidence and speak up for yourself, navigate change and career transitions, negotiate effectively at every stage, and create workplaces where women can thrive and lead authentically.
